3-165. Restricted use of designation; violation; classification A. A person may use the designation "Arizona heritage agriculture property" or "heritage agriculture" only with the approval of the commission as provided by this article. A person may not use the designation "Arizona heritage agriculture property" or "heritage agriculture" for any commercial purpose except as provided by this article. B. A person who knowingly violates this section is guilty of a class 3 misdemeanor. |
