32-2027. License or certificate renewal; suspension A. A licensee or certificate holder shall renew the license or certificate pursuant to board rules. Except as provided in section 32-4301, a licensee or certificate holder who fails to renew the license or certificate on or before its expiration date shall not practice as a physical therapist or work as a physical therapist assistant in this state. B. The board shall administratively suspend a license or certificate if the licensee or certificate holder does not submit a complete application for renewal and pay the renewal fee pursuant to board rules. |
