32-552. Transfer of ownership or location; change of trade name A. A school shall not be transferred from the name of one licensee to another or from one location to another or change its trade name without filing a new application and paying the prescribed fee. B. A school owner shall notify the board of any transfer of his school or change in the school's trade name within ten days after the transfer or change, submit a new license application for the school and pay the prescribed fee. |
