41-1504.02. Export promotion fund

A. The export promotion fund is established consisting of monies from fees collected pursuant to section 41-1504.01. The department shall administer the fund. Monies in the fund are continuously appropriated.

B. Monies in the fund are exempt from the provisions of section 35-190 relating to lapsing of appropriations.
