42-19114. Bill of sale

A. If the property is not sold to the county, the sheriff shall execute and deliver a bill of sale conveying the title of the property to the purchaser, together with the property.

B. If the property is sold to the county:

1. The sheriff shall execute and deliver a bill of sale to the county.

2. The board of supervisors shall:

(a) Sell the property as soon as possible at public auction or at private sale for the best price obtainable.

(b) Execute and deliver a bill of sale to the purchaser.
