49-289.05. Water quality assurance revolving fund advisory board; evaluation; report

The water quality assurance revolving fund advisory board established pursuant to section 49-289.04, shall periodically review and evaluate the completed settlements and the number of pending settlements by category authorized by this article and their effect on the remedial action program. The board shall report their findings to the speaker of the house of representatives, the president of the senate and the governor.
