SECTION 101860-101860.5



101860.  If any state agency, including a constitutional
corporation, transfers to a private corporation assets for the
operation of a hospital by that corporation and the value of the
assets is not less than fifty million dollars ($50,000,000), the
corporation shall be subject to the provisions of this chapter.



101860.5.  For the purposes of this chapter, the primary public
benefit purpose of the corporation is as stated in its articles of
incorporation or in the bylaws of the corporation.
