WATER CODE
SECTION 55800-55801



55800.  Any portion or portions of a county containing
unincorporated territory, or containing the whole or any portion of
one or more incorporated cities, and not included in a district, may
be added to any district as prescribed in this chapter.




55801.  Territory within the same county but not contiguous with the
district may be annexed to the district if the board determines that
the district resulting from the annexation may be more efficiently
and economically operated than if a separate district were formed. No
parcel of noncontiguous territory which contains less than 10 acres
may be annexed to any district.
