SECTION 78601-78603.5
78601. Unless the context otherwise requires, as used in this chapter, "account" means the Clean Water and Water Recycling Account created by Section 78602. 78602. The Clean Water and Water Recycling Account is hereby created in the fund. The sum of two hundred thirty-five million dollars ($235,000,000) is hereby transferred from the fund to the account. 78603. The board may adopt regulations to carry out Article 2 (commencing with Section 78610), Article 3 (commencing with Section 78620), Sections 78640 to 78644, inclusive, Article 5 (commencing with Section 78647), and Article 6 (commencing with Section 78648). 78603.5. The Department of Food and Agriculture may adopt regulations to carry out Section 78645.
