Statutes > Connecticut > Title12 > Chap216 > Sec12-383Sec. 12-383. Penalty for false return or affidavit. Any person who makes a false return or affidavit, in connection with any proceeding instituted in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, with intent to deceive, shall be imprisoned not more than one year.
