      Sec. 12-560. Bonding of employees. The executive director may, if he determines that it is necessary, require any of the division's employees to give bond in such amount as said executive director may determine. Every such bond when duly executed and approved shall be filed in the office of the Secretary of the State. The cost of any such bond so given as aforesaid shall be part of the necessary expenses of the division.
