CHAPTER 10

STUMPAGE DISTRICTS

38-1015. Appeals from assessments. Every person or corporation feeling himself or itself aggrieved by the assessment for benefits may appeal to the district court of said county in which said improvement district is located in the manner provided by law for appeals from any order of the county commissioners. Such appeal shall bring before the district court the justice of assessment of benefits in respect to the parties to the appeal.
