IRRIGATION AND DRAINAGE -- WATER RIGHTS AND RECLAMATION

CHAPTER 29

DRAINAGE DISTRICTS

42-2924. Appeals. Every person or corporation feeling himself or itself aggrieved by the judgment for damages or the assessment for benefits may appeal to the Supreme Court of this state in the manner provided by law for appeals in civil actions to the Supreme Court within thirty (30) days after the entry of the judgment confirming the report of the commissioners; and such appeal shall bring before the Supreme Court the propriety and justness of the amount of damages or assessment of benefits in respect to the parties to the appeal. Upon such appeal no bond shall be required and no stay shall be allowed.
