ARTICLE VI. EFFECTIVE DATE AND INSEVERABILITY

    Sec. 6‑100. No word, phrase, clause or provision of this Act is severable; and if any word, phrase, clause or provision of this Act is declared unconstitutional, no part of this Act shall be effectuated.
