Chapter 18. Stout Field; Ban on Commercial Flights

Contracts for commercial flying
Sec. 1. A contract may not be entered into by the adjutant general
or the armory board that provides for the use of Stout Field,
Indianapolis, for purposes of commercial flying by transportation
companies.
