Chapter 2. Cooperative Arrangements
IC 21-28-2-1
Applicability; availability of educational resources
Sec. 1. (a) This section applies to the board of trustees of the
following state educational institutions:
(1) Ball State University.
(2) Indiana University.
(3) Indiana State University.
(4) Purdue University.
(5) University of Southern Indiana.
(b) The board of trustees of a state educational institution may
cooperate with other educational institutions to assure the availability
and use of the state educational institution's total resources and
opportunities to provide excellent educational opportunity for all
persons.

Cooperative agreements with other educational institutions
Sec. 2. The University of Southern Indiana may enter into
cooperative agreements with other educational institutions, including
agreements leading to the use of the University of Southern Indiana
as a host site for an educational program administered by another
college or university.
