Article 26.--RETIREMENT SYSTEM FOR JUSTICES AND JUDGES

      20-2623.   Applicability of federal internal revenuecode and K.S.A. 74-49,123 to the system.The retirement system for judges shall be administered by theboard in the manner required to satisfy the applicable qualificationrequirements for governmental plans as specified in the federal internalrevenue code of 1954 or 1986, as amended and as appropriate for a governmentalplan and as in effect on July 1, 2008. The provisions ofK.S.A. 74-49,123 andamendments thereto apply to theadministration of the system.
