Chapter 20.--COURTS Article 31.--CLERK OF DISTRICT COURT

20-3110. Same; duties of county commissioners.The board of county commissioners of Neosho county, Kansas, shall makeall necessary provisions for holding, conducting and maintaining said courtin said cities in said county: Provided, That the city of Chanuteshall place at the disposal of the county commissioners rooms in which tohold said court sitting at Chanute without cost to the county.
