Chapter 24.--DRAINAGE AND LEVEES
Article 4.--DRAINAGE DISTRICTS WITHIN COUNTIES OR CITIES

      24-470.   Harbor lines along navigable streams.When harbor lines have been established by federal authority alongnavigable streams running through drainage districts, now or hereafterorganized under chapter 215, Laws of 1905, and acts amendatory orsupplemental thereto, the appropriation of lands for making theimprovements provided for in said act, is hereby declared to be necessaryfor the protection of the health, life and property of the people of thedistrict.
