Chapter 24.--DRAINAGE AND LEVEES
Article 4.--DRAINAGE DISTRICTS WITHIN COUNTIES OR CITIES

      24-477.   Removal of personal property from land so appropriated;mandamus.That any person having personal property in or upon any land soappropriated shall remove the same within a reasonable time, to be fixed bythe agents of the state, and should they fail or neglect so to do, suchagent may remove the same or the attorney general may institute a mandamussuit or suits in any court of competent jurisdiction, to compel suchremoval.
