Chapter 24.--DRAINAGE AND LEVEES Article 4.--DRAINAGE DISTRICTS WITHIN COUNTIES OR CITIES

24-490. Same; acquisition of land.In order to accomplish the objects and purposes enumerated in K.S.A.24-489, the board of directors of any such district ishereby authorized, empowered and directed to acquire all necessary landsor easements therein or thereon either by condemnation, purchase, leaseor gift.
