Chapter 24.--DRAINAGE AND LEVEES
Article 5.--DRAINAGE IN VALLEY OF NATURAL WATERCOURSE

      24-501.   Drainage districts organized in valley of naturalwatercourse; procedure.For the purpose of increasing the drainage capacity of any naturalwatercourse by clearing it of all obstructions, excavating cutoffs,spillways and auxiliary channels and subject to the provisions ofK.S.A. 19-270, a drainage district may be organized in the valley of anynatural watercourse in Kansas, in the manner hereinafter provided.
