Chapter 24.--DRAINAGE AND LEVEES Article 5.--DRAINAGE IN VALLEY OF NATURAL WATERCOURSE

24-517. Issuance of bonds.All bonds issued pursuant to K.S.A.24-501 et seq., and amendments thereto, shall be authorized, issued,registered and sold in the manner provided by the general bond law and shallbear interest at a rate not to exceed the maximum rate prescribed by K.S.A. 10-1009.
