Chapter 24.--DRAINAGE AND LEVEES Article 6.--DRAINAGE IN ONE OR MORE COUNTIES

24-607. Oath of supervisors.Each supervisor, before entering upon his official duties as such, shalltake and subscribe an oath before some officer authorized by law toadminister oaths, that he will honestly, faithfully and impartially demeanhimself in office as supervisor of the district in which he was elected andthat he will not neglect any of the duties imposed on him by law.
