Chapter 24.--DRAINAGE AND LEVEES
Article 6.--DRAINAGE IN ONE OR MORE COUNTIES

      24-657.   Same; authorization.Subject to the provisions of K.S.A. 19-270, drainage districts, the proposedterritory of which lies in two or more counties, may be organized andincorporated in the manner provided in this act.
