Chapter 32.--WILDLIFE, PARKS AND RECREATION
Article 9.--LICENSES, PERMITS, STAMPS AND OTHER ISSUES

      32-944.   Same; land requirements.Any person owning, holding or controlling, by lease or otherwise, for aterm of five or more years, any contiguous tract of land having an area of notless than 160 acres nor more than 1,280 acres, who desires to establish acontrolled shooting area to propagate and shoot game birds thereon shall makeapplication to the secretary for a license to operate a controlled shootingarea. If the controlled shootingarea is to be used exclusively for the propagationand shooting of hand-raised mallard ducks, the arealicensed may be less than the 160 acres requiredabove. The application shall be accompanied by the fee prescribedpursuant to K.S.A. 32-988 and amendments thereto.
