Chapter 32.--WILDLIFE, PARKS AND RECREATION
Article 9.--LICENSES, PERMITS, STAMPS AND OTHER ISSUES

      32-967.   Deer management to reduce propertydamage.The secretary shall identify local geographical areas inwhich deer populations are causing significant property damage. The secretaryis hereby authorized and directed to take such actions as are necessary toreduce the deer populations in such areas for the purpose of reducing damage toprivate property.
