Chapter 32.--WILDLIFE, PARKS AND RECREATION
Article 9.--LICENSES, PERMITS, STAMPS AND OTHER ISSUES

      32-975.   Same; waiver of exemptions.The owner or tenant having possession and control of a private water fishingimpoundment and desiring to secure fish stock from the state of Kansas may makeapplication to the department for fish for stocking. If the impoundment isstocked by the department, the owner or tenant waives all of the exemptionsprovided by K.S.A. 32-906, 32-941 and 32-974 and thereafter, for aperiod of 10 years, the impoundment and fishing privileges therein shall besubject to the licensing requirements and all other laws of the state and rulesand regulations of the secretary relative to fishing in the state.
