Chapter 34.--GRAIN AND FORAGE
Article 2.--INSPECTING, SAMPLING, STORING, WEIGHING AND GRADING GRAIN; TERMINAL AND LOCAL WAREHOUSES

      34-260.   Interpleader of adverse claimants.If more than one person claim the title or possession of the grain, thewarehouseman may, either as a defense to an action brought against him fornondelivery of the grain, or by an original suit, whichever is appropriate,require all known claimants to interplead.
