Chapter 34.--GRAIN AND FORAGE
Article 2.--INSPECTING, SAMPLING, STORING, WEIGHING AND GRADING GRAIN; TERMINAL AND LOCAL WAREHOUSES

      34-286.   No warranty implied from accepting payment of a debt.A mortgagee, or pledgee, or holder for security, of a receipt who ingood faith demands or receives payment of the debt for which such receiptis security whether from a party to a draft drawn for such debts, or fromany other person, shall not by so doing be deemed to represent or towarrant the genuineness of such receipt or the quantity or quality of thegrain therein described.
