Chapter 34.--GRAIN AND FORAGE
Article 2.--INSPECTING, SAMPLING, STORING, WEIGHING AND GRADING GRAIN; TERMINAL AND LOCAL WAREHOUSES

      34-293.   Issuance of receipt for warehouseman's grain; statement ofownership; penalty for violation.If a warehouseman owns, solely, jointly or in common with others, any grainwhich is deposited or held by the warehouseman, thewarehouseman or anyofficer, agent or servant of the warehouseman who knows of thisownership and who issues or aids in issuing for that grain a negotiable receiptwhich does not state the warehouseman's ownershipis guilty of a severity level 10, nonperson felony.
