Chapter 36.--HOTELS, LODGINGHOUSES AND RESTAURANTS Article 1.--LICENSES, RULES AND REGULATIONS

36-134. Same; penalty.Any person, firm or corporation using a flexible metal gas connector inconnection with natural gas-fired movable cooking equipment which doesnot meet the design and construction requirements approved by the statefire marshal pursuant to K.S.A. 36-133 shall be guilty of aclass C misdemeanor.
