Chapter 36.--HOTELS, LODGINGHOUSES AND RESTAURANTS
Article 2.--LIENS OF HOTEL AND LODGINGHOUSE KEEPERS

      36-205.   Disposition of surplus proceeds.Said residue shall be retained by the county treasurer for a period ofone year, and if not claimed within that time by the owner thereof, thecounty treasurer shall remit the same as provided in K.S.A. 20-2801.
