Chapter 48.--MILITIA, DEFENSE AND PUBLIC SAFETY
Article 2.--KANSAS ARMY AND AIR NATIONAL GUARD

      48-245.   Uniforms, arms and equipment exempt from suit, execution orsale for debt.The uniforms, arms and equipment required by law or regulations of everyofficer and soldier of the Kansas national guard, shall be exempt from allsuits, distresses, execution or sales for debt.
