Chapter 48.--MILITIA, DEFENSE AND PUBLIC SAFETY Article 3.--ARMORIES

48-312. Reports concerning armories.The military board shall make a report, annually, of the proceedingsincident to the location and management of such armories, respectively;also, a detailed account of disbursements, which shall be filed in theoffice of the adjutant general.
