Chapter 48.--MILITIA, DEFENSE AND PUBLIC SAFETY
Article 32.--INTERSTATE CIVIL DEFENSE AND DISASTER COMPACT

      48-3202.   Same; governor authorized to enter into compact on behalf ofstate; written agreement.The governor is hereby authorized to enter into the interstate civildefense and disaster compact on behalf of the state of Kansas with one ormore of the states which have legally joined said compact or which areauthorized to join said compact, by entering into a written agreementtherefor with the governor of each such state. Such written agreement mayspecify the period of time that said compact is entered into with regard toeach such state.
