Chapter 50.--UNFAIR TRADE AND CONSUMER PROTECTION Article 7.--FAIR CREDIT REPORTING

50-718. Obtaining information under false pretenses.Any person who knowingly and willfully obtains information on a consumerfrom a consumer reporting agency under false pretensesisguilty of a severity level 7, person felonyand upon conviction shall bepunished in the manner provided by law.
