Chapter 50.--UNFAIR TRADE AND CONSUMER PROTECTION Article 7.--FAIR CREDIT REPORTING

50-721. Enforcement by consumer credit commissioner.The consumer credit commissioner is hereby authorized to enforce theprovisions of K.S.A. 50-701 to 50-720, inclusive, and amendments thereto,and for such purpose is hereby authorized to adopt such rules andregulations as may be necessary for the proper administration andenforcement of the provisions of such sections of this act.
