Article 11.--GENERAL PROVISIONS

      68-1108.   Standard specifications.That standard specifications for all bridges, culverts and railroadoverhead crossings and subways shall be furnished without cost to thecounties, townships and railroad companies by the secretary oftransportation, and all work shall be done in accordance therewith.
