Chapter 68.--ROADS AND BRIDGES PART III.--MISCELLANEOUS Article 22.--HIGHWAY BEAUTIFICATION

68-2206. Requirements as to screening.The secretary of transportation shall have the authority to adopt rulesor regulations governing the location, planting, construction andmaintenance, including the materials used in screening or fencing requiredby this act. Any plantings, fencing or other screening facilities locatedon public land or easements shall be public property.
