      68-2215.   Unlawful junkyard maintenance; penalty.Unlawful junkyard maintenance is intentional operation or maintenance ofa junkyard in violation of article 22 of chapter 68 of Kansas StatutesAnnotated, and amendments thereto.

      Unlawful junkyard maintenance is a class C misdemeanor.
