Chapter 71.--SCHOOLS--COMMUNITY COLLEGES Article 1.--GENERAL PROVISIONS

71-120. Community colleges; official designation.(a) On and after the effective date of this act, every public communityjunior college, established and existing under the laws of this state, ishereby officially designated as a community college.

(b) Whenever the community colleges officially designated as such in subsection(a) are referred to or designated by the terms "community junior college"or "junior college" in a statute, contract or other document, such referenceor designation shall be deemed to apply to said community colleges.
