Chapter 71.--SCHOOLS--COMMUNITY COLLEGES
Article 2.--ORGANIZATION, POWERS AND FINANCES OF BOARDS OF TRUSTEES

      71-205.   Off-campus instruction at Fort Leavenworth military reservation.For the purpose of offering and providing off-campus instruction andcourses of study at the Fort Leavenworth military reservation, anycommunity college board of trustees is hereby authorized to enterinto agreements with the United States of America or any department oragency thereof. Credit for such study shall be given and accredited inthe same manner and to the same extent as other community collegecredit is given and accredited.
