6.500 Legislators' Retirement Plan -- Creation.
There hereby is created a retirement plan for the members of the General Assembly <br>(hereinafter "legislators"). Each legislator in office on July 1, 1980, and each legislator <br>thereafter taking office, may acquire membership in the plan in accordance with the <br>provisions of KRS 6.505.
