12.015 Administrative bodies to be included in department or program cabinet. Unless specifically provided otherwise, each administrative body established by statute or <br>statutorily authorized executive action shall be included for administrative purposes in an <br>existing department or program cabinet. When an administrative body is established and <br>the law establishing it does not specify the department or program cabinet within which <br>the body is to be included, the Governor shall assign the body to an existing department <br>or program cabinet in accordance with this chapter.
