12.050 Deputy heads of departments and directors of divisions and institutions.
Unless otherwise provided by law, deputy heads of departments, and directors of <br>divisions and institutions shall be appointed by the heads of the departments and in <br>statutory departments the appointment of deputy heads of departments, and heads of <br>divisions shall be with the prior written approval of the Governor. In departments each <br>division head shall report to the head of the department to which the division is assigned.
