13A.170 Methods of promulgating administrative regulations.
Three (3) methods of promulgating administrative regulations are authorized: <br>(1) An ordinary administrative regulation; <br>(2) An emergency administrative regulation; and <br>(3) An administrative regulation in contemplation of a statute.
