15.350 Definitions. As used in KRS 15.350 to 15.370: <br>(1) &quot;Police training&quot; includes all formal police training activities in the Commonwealth with the exception of on-the-job training, training conducted at police roll calls, and <br>training conducted by institutions of higher education. The Kentucky Law <br>Enforcement Council shall, by regulation, define those activities which constitute <br>formal police training and those which do not. (2) &quot;Police instructor&quot; means any person engaged in conducting, supervising, or teaching in courses of police training as defined in subsection (1) of this section. History: Created 1972 Ky. Acts ch. 160, sec. 1.
