16.160 Restrictions on discipline or removal -- Reduction of force.
No officer shall be suspended, reduced in rank or pay, or be discharged or dismissed, <br>except as provided in KRS 16.140 and 16.150, and with the further exception that when <br>insufficient funds require a reduction in expenditures, the officer or officers junior in <br>point of service shall be first discharged.
