17.564 Authority for administrative regulations.
(1) The board may promulgate all reasonable administrative regulations not
inconsistent with this chapter that are necessary to carry into effect the purposes of <br>KRS 17.500 to 17.580 and 17.991.
(2) The board may promulgate administrative regulations requiring mandatory
continuing education for approved providers as a condition for obtaining their <br>renewal approvals.
